Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect your personal information.

This Privacy Policy explains how Syntrix Software Ltd. ("Syntrix Software", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit https://innovatechsolutions.pk, send us an enquiry, or work with us as a client or supplier. It also explains the choices and rights you have.

Summary

  • We collect the details you type into our contact, quote and demo forms, plus a small amount of technical information recorded with each enquiry to block spam and understand which pages lead to enquiries.
  • We use that information to reply to you, prepare proposals and run our business. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
  • Analytics cookies are only used if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page (when analytics is enabled).
  • Enquiries that have had no activity for 24 months are deleted automatically, together with any attachment. Enquiries that became a signed engagement are kept for as long as the contract and our legal record-keeping obligations require.
  • You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing sajjadahmadcp.538@gmail.com.

Who we are

The controller responsible for your personal data is Syntrix Software Ltd., Islamadb, Punjab, 46000, Pakistan. You can contact us about anything in this policy at sajjadahmadcp.538@gmail.com or +923359692154.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you use our contact, request a quote or request a demo forms, we collect:

Information Required?
Your name and email address Required
Phone number, company name and country Optional
The service you are interested in, project type and budget range Optional
Your message and how you would prefer us to contact you Message required
A file you choose to attach (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PNG, JPG or text, up to 10 MB) Optional

Please do not include sensitive information (for example health data, passwords or payment card details) in your message or attachments. If an attachment contains other people's personal data, make sure you are allowed to share it with us.

If you become a client or supplier, we also hold the business contact, contract, billing and project information needed to deliver and invoice the work.

Information recorded automatically with an enquiry

When you submit a form, our website also stores alongside your enquiry:

  • the page you submitted it from and the page that referred you to our site (if your browser provides it);
  • campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign), if present;
  • your IP address and browser "user agent" string.

We use this to detect and block spam and abuse of our forms, and to understand which content and campaigns lead people to contact us.

Website usage

  • Anonymous counters. Our website counts clicks on its call-to-action buttons and form views by page. These counts contain no IP address, cookie identifier or other information that identifies you.
  • Server and security logs. Like any website, our hosting infrastructure records technical requests (IP address, time, requested address, browser type and response code) to keep the service secure and diagnose faults. Repeated failed or excessive requests from an IP address may be temporarily limited.
  • Analytics. This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first where the law requires it and update this policy.

We do not use social media tracking pixels or advertising networks on this website, and our fonts and icons are served from our own servers rather than from third-party font services.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. We keep their use to a minimum:

Cookie Purpose Type Lasts
__cw_af Security token that protects our forms against cross-site request forgery Strictly necessary Until you close your browser
cw_consent Remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies Strictly necessary 6 months
__cw_auth Keeps our own staff signed in to the website's administration area; never set for visitors Strictly necessary Until the browser closes or after 8 hours of inactivity
_ga, _ga_* Google Analytics: distinguishes visitors and sessions to produce usage statistics Analytics — only with your consent Up to 2 years

Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent because the website cannot work securely without them. Analytics cookies are never set unless analytics is enabled on this site and you click "Accept". To change your choice later, use the Cookie settings link in the footer; if you withdraw consent we delete the analytics cookies we can reach from this website. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Embedded videos. Videos from YouTube or Vimeo are not loaded until you press play. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and Vimeo's "do not track" option, but once you press play the video provider may set its own cookies and receive your IP address, under its own privacy policy.

Who we share your information with

We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We only share it with:

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers that run our website, database and file storage;
  • Email service providers that deliver enquiry notifications to our team and confirmation emails to you;
  • Google, if you accept analytics cookies (Google acts as our processor for Google Analytics);
  • Professional advisers such as accountants, lawyers and insurers, where necessary;
  • Authorities, courts or regulators where the law requires it, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims;
  • a buyer or successor if our business is reorganised, merged or sold, subject to this policy.

Service providers act on our instructions under written contracts that require them to keep your data confidential and secure, and they may not use it for their own purposes.

International transfers

Our team and some service providers may be located outside the country you are in, including outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with additional measures where needed. Contact us for more information about the safeguards for a particular transfer.

How long we keep your information

  • Enquiries: Enquiries that have had no activity for 24 months are deleted automatically, together with any attachment. Enquiries that became a signed engagement are kept for as long as the contract and our legal record-keeping obligations require.
  • Server and security logs: kept for a short period (normally no more than 90 days) unless needed to investigate an incident.
  • Analytics data: retained by Google Analytics for no longer than 14 months.
  • Client, supplier and financial records: for the duration of the relationship and then for as long as tax, accounting and limitation-period rules require (typically six to seven years).
  • Your cookie choice: 6 months, after which we ask again.

You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner at any time.

How we protect your information

  • All traffic to our website is encrypted with HTTPS, and browsers are instructed to always use a secure connection.
  • Attachments are stored in private storage that has no public web address; only signed-in staff who are authorised to manage enquiries can download them, and every file is checked to confirm its content matches its type.
  • Access to the administration area is restricted by role, staff passwords are stored only as salted hashes, and accounts are locked temporarily after repeated failed sign-in attempts.
  • Our website applies strict security headers and rate limits to reduce the risk of attacks.

No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we review our measures regularly. If a personal data breach is likely to result in a high risk to you, we will tell you without undue delay.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have some or all of the following rights:

  • Access — ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • Deletion — ask us to delete your data;
  • Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data;
  • Objection — object to processing based on our legitimate interests, including any direct marketing;
  • Portability — receive data you gave us in a structured, machine-readable format;
  • Withdraw consent — where we rely on consent (such as analytics cookies), withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing.

To exercise any right, email sajjadahmadcp.538@gmail.com. We will respond within one month (extendable by two further months for complex requests, in which case we will tell you why). We may need to verify your identity first, and we do not charge a fee unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); in the EU, the authority in the country where you live or work.

Additional information for California and other US state residents

In the last 12 months we have collected the categories of personal information described above: identifiers (such as name, email address and IP address), professional information (company and project details), internet activity (pages and referrers associated with an enquiry, and analytics data if you consent) and the country you choose to tell us. We collect them for the business purposes described in this policy and disclose them only to the service providers listed above.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would give rise to a right to limit it. You have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to request deletion or correction; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. You or an authorised agent can make a request by emailing sajjadahmadcp.538@gmail.com; we will verify the request by matching information you provide with the information we hold.

Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Our website links to other sites, such as our social media profiles. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their privacy policies before sharing information with them.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. If we make significant changes, we will highlight them on our website.
