The terms that apply when you use our website.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at https://innovatechsolutions.pk (the "website"), operated by Syntrix Software Ltd. ("Syntrix Software", "we", "us", "our"), Islamadb, Punjab, 46000, Pakistan. By using the website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

These Terms cover the website only. Any software development, consulting, support or other services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which takes precedence over these Terms for those services.

Using the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes, to learn about us and our services and to contact us. You must not:

• use the website in a way that breaks any law or regulation, or that is fraudulent or harmful;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its administration area, servers, databases or any connected system;
• probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the website without our written permission (if you have found a security issue, please report it to sajjadahmadcp.538@gmail.com — we appreciate responsible disclosure);
• upload or transmit viruses, malware or any other harmful code, including through form attachments;
• interfere with the website's operation, for example by overloading it with requests, or bypass any rate limits or security measures;
• copy or scrape content in bulk, or use it to train machine-learning models, without our written permission;
• submit false information, impersonate someone else, or send spam, abusive or unlawful content through our forms.

We may restrict or suspend access to the website, or block requests from particular sources, to protect it or other users.

Information on the website

The articles, guides, cost ranges, timelines, case studies and other content on the website are general information about our work. They are not professional, legal, financial or technical advice for your particular situation, and you should not rely on them as such.

Cost and timeline figures are indicative ranges only. Case studies describe the circumstances of specific projects — some are anonymised or simplified at our clients' request — and results will differ from project to project. We try to keep information accurate and current but do not guarantee that it is complete or up to date at all times.

Enquiries, quotes and proposals

Submitting a contact, quote or demo request does not create a contract or any obligation for either of us. Any estimate, proposal or quote we send:

• is based on the information available at the time and may change if the scope or requirements change;
• is valid only for the period stated in it (or 30 days if no period is stated);
• becomes binding only when both parties sign a written agreement or statement of work.

We may decline any enquiry without giving a reason.

Information and files you send us

When you send us an enquiry or attachment, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it, including any personal data of other people it contains. You keep ownership of everything you send. You allow us to store and use it to assess and respond to your enquiry and as described in our Privacy Policy.

We treat project details shared with us carefully and only make them available to the people who need them to respond. However, no confidentiality agreement exists between us until one is signed. If your idea or information is commercially sensitive, tell us before sharing it and we will gladly sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement first.

Do not send passwords, access credentials, payment card details or special category personal data through the website.

Intellectual property

The website and its content — including text, graphics, illustrations, logos, page designs and code samples — are owned by or licensed to Syntrix Software Ltd. and protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws. You may view, download and print pages for your own reference or for evaluating our services. Short quotations with a link back to the source page are welcome. Any other reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use requires our prior written permission.

Unless a code sample states its own licence, you may use it in your own projects at your own risk; it is provided without any warranty.

Syntrix Software and our logo are our trade marks. Other names, products and logos mentioned on the website belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them; their mention does not imply endorsement or partnership unless we say so.

Links and embedded content

The website links to other websites and may embed content such as videos. We do not control those websites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse the site. Embedded videos load only when you press play and are then subject to the provider's own terms.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the website available and secure, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time, for example for maintenance or security reasons.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions and representations, whether express or implied, about the website and its content, including any implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the website, are governed by the laws of Pakistan. • If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not waived it and may still enforce it later.

• These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the website.

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law or in how the website works. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. The version published when you use the website applies to that use.
