Software solution
CRM Software Configured Around Your Sales Process
Track every lead, deal and conversation in one place, give managers a forecast they can trust, and let AI take care of the note-taking.
What our CRM software does
Customer relationship management (CRM) software keeps a complete record of every contact, company, deal and interaction so your team knows exactly where each opportunity stands. Syntrix CRM combines pipeline management, activity tracking, quoting and reporting in a clean interface that salespeople are willing to keep up to date — which is the only way a CRM delivers value.
Generic CRMs often need a consultant to bend them into shape, and still leave gaps. We configure the platform around your actual sales stages, qualification criteria and approval rules, and connect it to the systems your team already uses.
Who it is for
- B2B sales teams with multi-stage deals, several stakeholders per account and long cycles.
- Professional and field service firms that sell, deliver and renew contracts.
- Businesses replacing spreadsheets or an outgrown entry-level CRM.
If most of your challenge is capturing and routing inbound enquiries, look at our lead management software; if you need a lighter customer database for service teams, see customer management software.
Key capabilities
Pipelines that match reality
Multiple pipelines with your own stages, required fields per stage and probability weighting. Deals cannot skip qualification steps you care about.
Full relationship history
Emails, calls, meetings, notes and documents appear on the contact and company timeline, synced from Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
Quotes and approvals
Build quotes from your product and price list, apply discount rules and route large discounts for approval before sending.
Forecasting and reporting
Weighted forecasts, win-rate and cycle-time analysis, and activity reports by rep and team.
AI assistance
Optional AI features summarise call notes, draft follow-up emails and highlight deals that have gone quiet — always as suggestions, with the salesperson in control. Our AI sales assistant project shows this in a live B2B setting.
Implementation
We run a short discovery to map your sales process, configure pipelines, fields and permissions, migrate contacts and open deals, connect email and calendar, then train the team. Once live, CRM data can flow into your ERP software for orders and invoicing.
Next step
Request a demo and we will set up a sample pipeline using your own sales stages so you can judge the fit before committing.

- Encryption in transit and at rest, audit logging and configurable data retention to support GDPR obligations.

What our clients say
We used to lose half a day's takings every time a store's broadband went down. Since the new tills went in, outages barely register, and head office can change a price at lunchtime and see it on every shelf-edge promotion by the afternoon.
Parents now have one app instead of four, and our office teams have stopped spending Monday mornings chasing absence calls. The migration was the part we worried about most, and the trial runs meant there were no surprises on go-live day.
The assistant resolves the repetitive how-do-I questions and hands everything else to us with a proper summary. Our agents spend their time on the tricky tickets now, and customers get answers at 2am without us adding a night shift.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How is this different from an off-the-shelf CRM?
The core features are similar, but we configure pipelines, fields, permissions and automations around your process as part of implementation, and can build custom modules where needed. You get a CRM that fits without paying for months of third-party consultancy to adapt a generic product.
Can we migrate from our current CRM or spreadsheets?
Yes. We import contacts, companies, open deals and activity history, de-duplicate records and map old fields to the new structure. A trial import is reviewed with your team before the final cut-over.
Does the CRM integrate with our ERP?
Yes. Won deals can create customers and sales orders in your ERP, and invoice and payment status can flow back to the account record. See our ERP software page or our article on ERP vs CRM for how the two fit together.
Are the AI features safe to use with customer data?
AI features use enterprise LLM APIs with agreements that exclude your data from model training. They are optional, can be switched on per team, and always produce suggestions that a person reviews before anything is sent.
