Business Website Development That Loads Fast and Generates Leads
Marketing websites built for Core Web Vitals, clear messaging and simple content editing — so your site works as a sales tool, not just a brochure.
Websites built to do a job
Most business websites have one job: help the right visitors understand what you do and make it easy for them to get in touch. We build sites around that goal — clear page structure, fast load times, helpful content and friction-free enquiry forms — rather than around a template.
What we focus on
Speed and Core Web Vitals
Slow pages lose visitors and rank less well. We build with Next.js static generation or server-rendered ASP.NET Core, optimise images and fonts, and keep third-party scripts on a tight leash. Most of our sites score in the green on Largest Contentful Paint and Interaction to Next Paint on real mobile devices.
Technical SEO foundations
We cannot promise rankings — nobody honestly can — but we can remove the technical barriers. Every site ships with:
- Clean, descriptive URLs and a logical internal linking structure
- Editable meta titles, descriptions and canonical tags
- Structured data (Organisation, Service, FAQ, Article) where it genuinely applies
- XML sitemaps, robots rules and correct redirects from any old URLs
- Semantic HTML headings and accessible markup
Content your team can edit
A website that needs a developer for every text change goes stale. We set up a headless or built-in CMS with structured content types — services, case studies, blog posts, team members — so marketers can publish without breaking the design.
Website or web application?
If you need logins, customer accounts, bookings or data processing, you are describing a web application rather than a website. Many clients start with a marketing site and later add a client portal; we design for that from the beginning. Read more about our web application development service.
Typical projects
- Company and service websites for B2B firms
- Multi-language sites for international audiences
- Rebuilds of slow WordPress sites that have become hard to maintain
- Landing pages and resource hubs tied into your CRM so every enquiry is tracked
Timeline and cost
A focused 10–20 page business site usually takes 5–8 weeks from kickoff to launch. Costs rise with bespoke design, content volume, languages and integrations such as CRM, booking or e-commerce. We give a fixed-price quote once the sitemap and features are agreed.

What our clients say
We used to lose half a day's takings every time a store's broadband went down. Since the new tills went in, outages barely register, and head office can change a price at lunchtime and see it on every shelf-edge promotion by the afternoon.
Parents now have one app instead of four, and our office teams have stopped spending Monday mornings chasing absence calls. The migration was the part we worried about most, and the trial runs meant there were no surprises on go-live day.
The assistant resolves the repetitive how-do-I questions and hands everything else to us with a proper summary. Our agents spend their time on the tricky tickets now, and customers get answers at 2am without us adding a night shift.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to build a business website?
A typical 10–20 page site takes 5–8 weeks. The main factor is usually content: if copy and images are ready early, launch comes sooner.
Do you use WordPress?
We can, but for most new builds we recommend Next.js or ASP.NET Core with a headless CMS because they are faster, more secure and easier to extend. We will explain the trade-offs for your situation.
Will my new website rank on Google?
No honest agency can guarantee rankings. We make sure the technical foundations are right — speed, structure, metadata and redirects — so good content has the best chance to perform.
Can you migrate content from our old site?
Yes. We audit existing pages, migrate what is worth keeping, and set up 301 redirects so you keep the search visibility you have already earned.
