  Under OpenAI's business API terms, data sent through the API is not used for training by default. For stricter requirements we can use Azure OpenAI Service, which runs within your Azure environment and region.

• How do you stop the AI from making things up?

  We ground answers in your own content using retrieval, instruct the model to say when it does not know, validate structured outputs, and measure accuracy against test sets. Sensitive actions always require human confirmation.
