SaaS Development Company for Scalable Multi-Tenant Products

We help founders and product teams launch and scale SaaS products — from MVP to mature platform — with solid multi-tenancy, billing and security from the start.

SaaS is more than a web app

A SaaS product shares most technology with any web application, but the business model adds demanding requirements: many customers on shared infrastructure, self-service sign-up, subscription billing, usage limits, and uptime your customers' businesses depend on. Getting these foundations right early is far cheaper than retrofitting them after your first hundred customers.

Foundations we build in from day one

Multi-tenancy

We choose a tenancy model that suits your market:

Model Suits Trade-off
Shared database, tenant ID on every row High-volume SMB products Lowest cost; needs strict query filtering
Schema or database per tenant Mid-market and regulated customers Stronger isolation; more operational work
Hybrid Products serving both SMB and enterprise Flexibility at the cost of complexity

Tenant isolation is enforced centrally in the data layer, not left to individual developers to remember.

Subscription billing

Plans, trials, upgrades, proration, usage-based charges, invoices and dunning — typically through Stripe Billing, with entitlements checked by the application so plan limits are enforced consistently.

Onboarding and self-service

Sign-up, email verification, team invitations, SSO for enterprise tiers, and in-app onboarding checklists that get new customers to value quickly.

Operations and admin

An internal admin console for support staff, feature flags for gradual rollouts, audit logs, tenant-level metrics and backups with point-in-time recovery.

From MVP to scale

We usually start with a focused MVP that proves customers will pay, released in 3–5 months. The architecture is a modular monolith on ASP.NET Core and PostgreSQL or SQL Server with a React or Next.js front end, deployed on containers so it can scale horizontally as usage grows. Services are split out only when there is a clear reason.

If you are turning an internal tool into a product, our web application development team can assess what needs to change. We also offer a ready foundation through our custom SaaS platform solution.

AI features in SaaS

Many new SaaS products include AI drafting, search or analysis. We build these with per-tenant usage metering so AI costs stay aligned with plan pricing — see AI web application development.

Security and compliance readiness

Enterprise buyers will send security questionnaires. We implement encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, audit logging, dependency scanning and documented incident procedures so you can answer them with confidence and prepare for audits when you need them.

    What our clients say

    • The assistant resolves the repetitive how-do-I questions and hands everything else to us with a proper summary. Our agents spend their time on the tricky tickets now, and customers get answers at 2am without us adding a night shift.

    • We used to lose half a day's takings every time a store's broadband went down. Since the new tills went in, outages barely register, and head office can change a price at lunchtime and see it on every shelf-edge promotion by the afternoon.

    • Parents now have one app instead of four, and our office teams have stopped spending Monday mornings chasing absence calls. The migration was the part we worried about most, and the trial runs meant there were no surprises on go-live day.

    FAQ

    Frequently asked questions

    • How long does it take to build a SaaS MVP?

Most SaaS MVPs we build take 3–5 months, including sign-up, billing and admin tooling alongside the core product features.

    • What is multi-tenancy and why does it matter?

Multi-tenancy means many customers share one platform while their data stays isolated. The model you choose affects cost, security and how easily you can sell to larger customers, so it is worth deciding deliberately at the start.

    • Which tech stack do you use for SaaS?

Typically ASP.NET Core with PostgreSQL or SQL Server, a React or Next.js front end, and container hosting on Azure or AWS.

    • Can you help with an existing SaaS product?

Yes. We often join existing SaaS teams to address scalability, tenancy, billing or security gaps, starting with an architecture review.
